To qualify you must meet the application standards of our property management company Pro X Property Management, there is a $25 application fee. You must agree to enter into a 2-year lot lease agreement that includes a covenant that you cannot move your home during that period, nor could any future buyer of the home. You must agree to pay water that will be billed separately by management company according to your usage. You must agree to get utilities connected in your name with the electric and gas provider. You must agree to set up and pay for your own trash service. You must also send me pictures of your home, inside and out plus year, make and model of the home.
