Century Commons We are similar to living in a dorm, but instead of having to go to the cafeteria to eat and down the hall to shower, you have an apartment with a kitchen and two bathing/showing areas that you share with other students.
You will have your own private bedroom with a lock on the door and share the common areas with up to 3 other people. You get to choose your own move in date and your lease would end mid August and you have an option of renewing if you want to stay.
Each apartment is partially furnished with a couch and chair in the living room, a dining table and chairs in the dining room as well as a stove/oven, refrigerator and built in microwave. Most of our apartments are recently remodeled with new kitchens with dishwasher, and Luxury Vinyl flooring. Each bedroom has a built-in desk and closet. You may either bring your own bed or rent a twin or full bed for the duration of your stay. The price of rent even includes ALL your utilities (except cable TV and telephone) and building wide high speed fiber optic wifi, making it easy for you to budget.
